Cancellations and Refunds

ADLER Faculty of Professional Coaching reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses at its discretion. On such an occasion, each participant may either transfer his/her tuition fee to another course or program, or receive a full tuition fee refund. 

Our Foundations of Professional Coaching course is “Risk Free” ‐ If you feel you are not able to use any of the skills you have learnt in our Foundations module, and coaching is not for you, we will refund your tuition. To be eligible, you must submit a written withdrawal form and the original certificate granted to the Registrar within seven days of completing the Foundations Module. 

A participant who for any reason cancels his/her registration at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start of the class for which he/she is registered will be refunded the tuition fee minus a $100.00 (+ HST) administration charge (Introductory 1-Day Course Excepted). 

All cancellations must be received in writing by email, fax or mail before the deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received for any missed classes. Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of ADLER receipt of the request. 

ADLER is not responsible for participants' travel costs for cancelled courses. Please ensure that travel arrangements are refundable or insured in case of cancellation.
